central location main sights great breakfast amiable staff
The location was Very nice. I could walk to all the main sights and the metro station was so close. The breakfast offered a good variety, it suited my needs perfectly. The air conditioning in my room worked wonderfully. It kept the space comfortable. The staff were amiable and always ready to assist with any questions or directions i needed.
There was a supplemental bed in the room that I had not requested. It took up a little space.

The breakfast provided a completely adequate selection of foods, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. It gave me a good start each morning. The variety was satisfying, and the quality was VERY good.

i found the hotel to be central offering easy access to gran via and puerta del sol i used the metro and train stations nearby i really liked how accessible the transport links were the staff at the front desk were always friendly and available 24/7 which i appreciated
the noise levels could be a bit high sometimes i think better soundproofing could improve the experience further

excellent location efficient service complimentary water
the location was excellent. it put me right in the center of everything (i walked everywhere!). the staff provided efficient service and were very helpful. i particularly appreciated the fridge with a complimentary bottle of water.

The staff were friendly. The location provided easy access to many shops. The fridge in the room contained a complimentary bottle of water upon my arrival.
Street noise was noticeable , making sleep difficult without earplugs.

Central Location and Clean Rooms
central location transport connection clean room
The location was central. The hotel is near transport connections to the city and airport. Gran Via and Sol Metro and train stations are a couple hundred yards walk. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom included various items.
The hotel had no tea or coffee in the room. There was no kettle in the room. The hotel only has two irons so I needed to return it after use.

Breakfast offered a good selection. I found yogurt and fresh fruit. There was bread for toast. The dining area can get a little crowded during peak hours, however the staff kept it well-stocked.
